Childline (for under 19s)

Childline is a counselling service for children and young people to help with any issues which cause distress or concern; some of the most common issues include child abuse, bullying, mental illness, parental separation or divorce, teenage pregnancy, substance misuse, neglect, and psychological abuse.

Turning Tides

Turning helps is now the biggest provider of services for single homeless people in West Sussex. They provide a warm, safe space to listen to anyone who comes to us for help. They provide real pathways out of homelessness and are committed to supporting people at every stage of their journey.

Age UK can help with: Benefit queries and other money matters, Health and social care issues, Housing and transport queries, Filling in forms – by appointment, Understanding documents, and much more.  Information and advice is free, private and confidential and if we can’t help, we can put you in touch with people who can.

The Silver Line – help for older people

The Silver Line is the only free confidential helpline providing information, friendship and advice to older people, open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
