PARLIAMENT WEEK
UK Parliament Week is an annual UK-wide festival taking place at the beginning of November, which aims to engage people, especially young people, from different backgrounds and communities, with the UK Parliament and empower them to get involved.
It is a great opportunity for communities to engage in our thriving democracy, ask questions, think critically and learn more about how they can be a part of our Parliament.
I welcome the involvement of schools, museums, libraries, faith communities and youth organisations who have already signed up to be part of the conversation.
In recent years, UK Parliament Week reached over 1 million people, with more than 10,000 activities.
