CAMPAIGNS
As your MP, I have tried to serve all, regardless of politics, race or religion.
Together we have achieved much.
On this page you can find my open responses to some current mass email campaigns.
At the bottom of this page is a short selection of certain long running campaigns that I have been involved in - more are in the above dropdown 'campaigns' menu at the top of this page.
There is a great deal we can be proud of: saving and supporting Worthing Hospital which has been assessed as 'Outstanding'; helping Worthing College to relocate and to develop into an excellent place of learning and achievement; protecting our loved coastline from developments of excessive height; and providing personal and family confidential support in every street and every community.
There is more work to do: disabled access is improving in our town centres, they should be accessible to all; we've gained extra funding for local schools and continue to fight for more; the retired have gained greater protection; the railways are improving but disruption needs to be minimised and investment maximised; our local economy continues to need the support necessary to thrive for the benefit of all.
Mass Campaigns
MASS EMAIL CAMPAIGNS
Constituents regularly contact me to express their concern about a particular cause.
Good causes, charities, campaign groups (including 38 Degrees) and others that encourage mass emailing sadly take time and resources away from my team and me in meeting the urgent needs of individual constituents.
If you have concerns about a certain campaign, please see if there is already a response on my website before sending a mass mailing. Some responses to current campaigns are listed below.
If it is not already covered, please do contact me and my office to raise the issue directly.
If you or anyone you know are ever in need of urgent personal attention on an issue my office can assist with please feel free to call at any time.
