Taking Action on Climate and Nature

Thank you to those taking the time to contact me about climate change and nature. I share the deep concerns about the impact that climate change is having on our world.   Excellent progress has been made to strengthen global cooperation in the fight against climate change.

Access to NHS Dentists

Ongoing Updates on the Campaign to Improve NHS Dentistry Access We now have the NHS Dentistry Recovery and Reform proposals. This is a widely welcomed success for our longstanding campaign.

Post Office Horizon Scandal

In 1999, Horizon, a new computer accounting system, was rolled out across Post Offices nationwide despite glitches experienced during an earlier pilot test.

Leasehold Reform

Leasehold is an archaic form of residential tenure that has been abolished in most places around the world. It should be ended in this country. I have for a long time campaigned for reforms to British law to end the injustice faced by leaseholders across the country.

Conflict in Israel and Gaza

I join calls across Parliament and worldwide to protect civilians: to urgently press all parties to agree to an immediate de-escalation and cessation of hostilities, to ensure the immediate, unconditional release of the Israeli hostages and to call for an end to the total siege of Gaza.  Allow
